Addition of third-party administrator offers clients increased access, expertise, and services
Boston, MA (January 24, 2020) – Group RHI, a national retirement services firm, today announced the acquisition of Merit Benefits Group, an independent third-party administrator (‘TPA’) based in Oak Brook, Illinois.
Founded 25 years ago, Merit Benefits Group provides qualified plans for hundreds of clients in Illinois and the Midwest. Services include the design and administration of profit sharing, 401(k), and defined benefit plans.
